We have been invited to a charity event this weekend, and the invitation states "dressy springtime attire is required." I know a couple who went last year, and they said the outfits ranged from dressy jeans to all gussied up (i.e., formal wear).
I was thinking of wearing the dress I wore to my DGDs' graduations, but now I'm concerned it's not dressy enough. My eldest DD is not really into dress-up, but I could probably talk her into wearing one of the dresses from graduation.
I'm a little concerned, though. Is a cotton spring dress "dressy" enough? If not, I am open to suggestions.
Thanks!
