Dressing for hot flashes...

Ladies:

I'm 52, and really finding it tough to dress comfortably for hot flashes......the idea of sweaters, high necklines, is making me want to stand in my fridge.....I want to remain stylish for these fall and winter months.....any tips???? thanks ahead!!!!!
