@ECBG  - You post said a woman in her "golden years".  The picture you posted was a young lady.  A few other posts were asking who you are talking about.

Re: Dresses with tiers!!!@

@SnowOwl79  Not sure what the point is in posting a pic of a dress from 3 years ago that was manipulated as a joke, when the topic of this thread is tiered dresses.

I like the clay colored dress in the 2nd 3-year old pic you posted, especially the embroidery at the bottom.

My view on current tiered dresses won't change over posted stale, weird pics.

I posted several real & current options that I think are lovely.

Isn't this the yellow floral dress that you said you liked & would buy if it had pockets under the C Wonder Line thread? It's tiered. Hmmn.

It seems like every dress now has tiers and layers. Although some are cute, I can't wear things that are tiered. I guess I'll be saving money and not buying many dresses for this Spring/Summer. LOL!!

What are your thoughts on the tiered dresses?

Not a fan.

@SnowOwl79,

So funny!😅

I think there are tiers done well in lovely flowing asymetrical feminine  ways and ones done not so well like bunches of layered fabric at the bottom like a layer cake gone wrong.

Perhaps I would wear them if I were shaped differently and had a better figure. I think it is great that some people like them. To each their own. I do think some of them are cute. Sadly, I can't wear them. :-(

I didn't mean to come across as being rude. I apologize if it sounded that way.

No, not obvious at all.

Just wanted to know what you were talking about and who "she" was. Seemed as if there might have been a previous post I missed where you talked about actually seeing someone in a tiered dress. And I assume she was older?

During COVID, they morphed into "nap dresses."

@San Antonio Gal

I saw a woman in her golden years.  The dress was similar to my picture.
