First of all I wish Jean a quick recovery.

My subject is Rhinestones falling out on QF tee shirts. I have two that I wash by hand and drip dry after rolling it in a towel. I have had several Rhinestones fall out. I have emailed QF twice and still no answer. All I wanted was some replacement stones. I called QVC CS and all they suggested is sending the shirts back. Am thinking of that since no resolve from QF. I won't be buying anymore shirts with the stones in them or any of the others without the stones. Bad CS.
