I joined FB just long enough to gripe to Gary Goben who I thought was the big cheese regarding D& Co. He said he would pass along to somebody else that is doing that 'stuff'. I give up. Passing the buck all around.

You don't believe that Gary has control over every aspect of D&Co, do you? He is responsible for the design side of it -- all he can do, in many instances, is to pass things along to the appropriate person or team. He doesn't do the buying or, most likely, have anything to do with how things are done on the site.

He responded to me in Facebook and said he would pass it along it's more then any of the rest of us could do, plus, mod, Wayne said he would pass it along, plus, the customer service rep I talked to said she's had other complaints and would report it.

When I checked on some D&Co. items this morning they were readable. I'm proud of myself. Now, on to Louis Dell O'lio and Isaac is next.

I never look at the sizing . I have been a Medium in D/C and Susan Graver and LOGO and all the lines that QVC Carries. Unless when presenting they say it runs small or big,or if it's fitted,I'll adjust my purchase accordingly..I don't think they changed their sizing,at least by me it hasn't changed.

It's not that it's"changed" the 'click here' measurement chart is unreadable.

You must not order very much or you would have seen the complicated bs they have on there now and none of it is the basic bust, waist and hip measurements. You have to find the 'chest' measurement and times it by 2 to get an idea of what you need. Customer rep told me this.

I go by 'click here' for that particular item. some charts are 'general' I use the one that is for the item I clicked on to see to buy.

If some like the other charts then fine and dandy . I like the one that is specified for that particular piece of clothing.

The last time I Ordered a clothing item from QVC  it was a Linea cardigan.  I had to order 3 different sizes and return two before I got the right size.  Why?  The sweep which is the circumference of the item at the bottom.  The first two sizes were the best fit in the chest but you could fit two people into, the bottom opening it was so big.  I really wanted that particular color to match a Talbot's skirt so i ended up with a sweater that I will have to,wear open with a shell underneath because it is too snug in the chest but at least I Don't look like I am wearing a clown suit in the bottom.  I have not ordered any clothing from QVC in months until,I ordered that sweater and I am promising myself I will not order any more.  I will, stick to,Talbot's where I know the clothes will fit me.

Re: Disappointed in D&Co.

Yeah, wish I could afford a tailor. I'm built like Dolly Parton at the top and flat butt and clothes are always to big at the hip area I have to button to pull in at the bottom because I have to order according to bust.

all of us are different. Most people have pear shape I got the apple LOL
