Direct TV/program guide

I have direct tv/my program guide has been off for 2 days.Right now at 2pm west coat time it says Food Fest/ well Susan Graver is on what's up am I the only one haveing this problem.Call QVC did seem to know and Direct Tv gave me the run around.I'am i the only one...
