Different than pictured!

Has anyone else ordered the grommet printed tunic from LCNY and received one that is totally different than pictured? I ordered the natural (which is supposed to be tan & cream) I received one with a white background & black paisley type print. I e-mailed QVC and they just said send it back! I am wondering what is going on with these shirts. They are very expensive to be having this problem!
