That was my first thought when I saw the dress Diana was wearing, it reminded me of Catherine's.  There will truly never be another Diana but thank goodness we have Princess Catherine's style, elegance and kindness to enjoy.

  The point of this post is Diana exuded a special quality.  Her style was about her....she wore the dress and her elegance, grace, energy, compassion, and composure was palpable.  She was a treasure and her influence legend because of her ability to connect with the people.  And, yes, I agree....she most likely would have loved Kate and the children.  Sad that Diana did not have a husband that cherished and loved her.  It would have been her time to reign and enjoy the grandchildren.

Yes, there are lots of beautiful women and dresses in the world.  We could make many comparisons but Diana is a star for more than the dresses she wore.  She touched peoples' hearts.  Thanks @gertrudecloset  for this reminder of this beautiful woman and her fashion style.  It speaks volumes.

Yes, she wore clothes well... but she was NO SAINT. She manipulated the press as much as the press manipulated her.. she had affairs while married...... and had her own addenda.  Just sayin...

All true.  But she cared about people.

I am not a Diana worshipper.  They all have their good and bad points.  But Diana had a way with people, particularly those in need.
