This DB coat had sold out a couple of weeks ago. I love the classic simplicity and that it truly can be worn casual or dressy.

This was another garment that sold out in the size/color I wanted on a day I was doing yard work...the last day Denim & Co had a TSV.

Believe it or not, my desire for ordering it happened during a presentation for the Denim & Co fairisle sweater...A706552.

In the video, Amy tried to pair this DB coat with the sweater throughout the video presentation a few times, but the colors were selling out fast. At about the 6:45 mark of the video, she puts on the black coat with the wine fairisle sweater.

That was the moment I was sold on that coat immediately!

I HAD to have that coat...LOL

At the time, I could only put the Black/Small in my wishlist. Finally, less than an hour ago it came back into stock.

Although too late for me to be able to use a promo code, I was still thrilled to be able to get the size/color I wanted.

@Susan Louise I got that Teddy coat in black and love it. I just wish Dennis would use buttons instead of those snaps. The coat would look nicer seeing a button when it's open instead of those tacky snaps. Might take it to a tailor to see about buttons, we'll see!

@LdyBugz If you decide to take the coat to a tailor, please update us all on the results. I'm fine with the snaps, but still curious if the change can be made successfully.

I'm so conflicted about this coat. At first I ordered it in the Navy petite XL at the $119 price. It is a great coat but it's way too big from the shoulders on down. So then I was lucky and able to snag a Navy petite large in "as is." It's in fine condition. Upper area fits great, hip area kind of close unless I stand absolutely straight. If I don't then it stays snapped but separates open on the bottom.

It's a beautiful coat and I want to love it but am hesitating. I'm between sizes on this coat.

Is anyone else having the same issue? What did you decide to do? Grrr.
