Does anyone know what's going on with the processing and shipping delays ? I have an item in limbo. The status has shown 'Processing' for 10 days now. I received the pants days ago, but not the top. Of course it's sold out now. I was just told even with all of this, she could not cancel the order because of the 'Processing' status. This is wrong. QVC needs to update their system to be more customer friendly with whatever is happening either internally or even externally. #Frustrated

@Harborgurl Yes, I received an email that they are upgrading their computer systems for shipping at the Ontario, California distribution center. They apologized for the delay, but ultimately, it will speed up shipping at that site. We just have to be patient.

@Kachina624 Yes, I actually was glad to see that it was Ontario, CA since anything I ordered that came from that distribution center always took a long time to ship for me. So, hopefully, this upgrade will speed things up for everyone.

I purchased a kitchen item on Feb. 23rd...shipped on 25th...only update shows UPS has not received it. I called CS and was given a refund for item. If it ever comes, I will return and no cost to me. I am not ordering again until this gets cleared up. I did read about the changeover in systems. I never received email notice as some did here.

I have had two items ordered (the same shirts - different colors) in processing since February 22nd, I have been in contact with CS several times and they do absolutely nothing except tell me to be patient. It is very frustrating. I cannot cancel it now and they refuse to do anything - not even a credit for my inconvenience. Needless to say, I am extremely peeved.

Y'all sitting down? Hold on to your chonies,lol! I sent a return to QVC last week. Today I received notice it was credited to my acct. and it WAS. !!! That pair of pants took 19 days to get to me!!
by the way, those ME, BY JENNY GARTH Jeans run huge. I am a medium or size 10. I got the 8 and they fit, still looser than I wanted, but fit good enough. Nice quality tho. But her petites run long.

A couple of days ago I posted about my order on 2/23 for the TSV Egg Harbor Salmon that was still in " Waiting for Carrier Pickup" status for 10 days. After 2 calls to CS with no info available I called Egg Harbor's CS dept, provided my order # and told my order was lost. I had placed my order the same night the TSV was launched, the first showing ! I called CS and got a refund.
