I don't get it. I rarely have any sizing problems with QVC clothing. That's one of the reasons why I shop here. I know my size, I know what I order will fit. However, I only buy things from 4 or 5 clothing lines. I know the fit and I know what works for me. Almost all the women I am close to in my personal life and at work are QVC shoppers and no one ever talks about sizing problems. But...we know our own measurements, we never assume we wear a certain size and we use the charts. I think some women are so hung up on a particular number that they just can't adjust. I think this is an amazing way to shop but it isn't it for everyone.

In the past I ordered the same pants in different colors from D&C. The fit was different. CS said it was probably because different colors were manufactured in different countries. Some countries were more stringent than others about adhering to the specs.

I have also been told that the reason one color of a garment fits and a different color of the same garment doesn't is because they can be manufactured in a different factory!

Once again there are those whose garments always fit perfectly. I think that's wonderful and hope you continue to be so lucky.

Unfortunately, there are many of us who get things that don't fit properly, and it is NOT because we don't know how to measure ourselves, or compare our measurements to the garment measurements listed. I think most of us have been buying clothes long enough to know how to do that and don't need to be instructed ... nor do we need those "lucky" ones to insinuate that it must be our fault, just because they haven't had it happen to them. Maybe it depends on what you're buying.

However, as I've said many times, and as many clothing reviews show, there is a lot of inconsistency in the Q's sizing. There is just no getting around it. If I order based on a garment measurement of 41" in the bust, or 40 inches in the hips, or whatever it says, then I expect that garment to measure the same when I get it home. I know how to measure the garments just as I know how to measure myself. And if the bust on a garment is 43" instead of 41", or if the hip measures 39" when it should be 41", THEN THERE IS A PROBLEM AND IT IS NOT WITH ME.

When I buy 3 colors of the same garment, and two fit perfectly but one is way off, the problem is not with ME. If I buy jeans in a size 10 that fit perfectly, and then they bring the same jeans out only with a different bottom leg opening, and garment measurements SAY they are the same as the previous ones, then whose fault is it when I get them home and I wind up having to size up a whole size because the actual garment does not measure what it's supposed to? That problem is not with ME.

So again, for those who are lucky enough to always get garments that fit, please stop patronizing those of us who have problems just because you don't.

Edited to add: I don't give a rip what the number size is - I'm not vain enough to let that bother me. I just want the garment measurements to be what they're supposed to be, so the garment will fit.

ITA. I am really, really tired of the QVC apologists who will not let anyone make a negative comment. This board is about open exchange of information, so why not let that happen?

I agree with you, it's strange. I received a Susan Graver top yesterday. I washed/dried it last night because I wanted to wear it today. Well, I put it on this morning, and it was surprisingly smaller than my usual SG size has felt. It was not too tight to wear, but it was noticeable to me.

Today, I received the TSV Earth Origins shoes that I ordered. Well, I ordered one pair in almond, and one pair in black. I received two almond pairs!

I called customer service and they said it was clearly their fault, so I sent them back for an exchange.

The color discrepancy is just a mistake- no big deal, but the Susan Graver top is frustrating!!

I don't get why QVC sends reprimand letters to customers who return frequently. QVC charges more for shipping and returns than most other on-line stores, so they're really not losing money on returns. Most on-line shoe stores ship absolutely free and also give free return shipping. Same for swim suits. And most other on-line retailers provide free shipping above a certain order total or a flat rate depending on how much you order. At QVC, for most things if you order multiple items you have to pay individual shipping on each. It is really not a great way to treat customers

The last Denim and CO TSV- leggings. I ordered brick, grey, and black. Not only do they all fit differently, but the grey (which came a week later) were a totally different fabric!! It's like a game-you NEVER know what you are going to get-lol!
I received my LOGO TSV tops (I ordered 4) they are the prettiest colors I've ever seen in a top. Abyss blue and maple came today. Ivory and burgundy last month. LOGO tops always come rolled up in a ball-bad packaging- why???

I just ordered Susan Graver's French Knit Jeggings - A255910. I guess I was in some kind of rush or something but ordered what I thought was my regular size, XL, in both Black and Merlot. The next morning I realized that her stuff usually runs big on me and tried to cancel my order. It was too late and I received the shipment about two days later. No biggie.

Funny thing though. The tags state they are both XL and both have inseams about 29.5 but the black is obviously larger through the hips and waist. I tried on the smaller of the two, the merlot, and they fit perfectly! My mom was at my house so she tried the black and they fit her perfectly! We both love them but have no idea what size to order next time!

ETA - I think the Merlot were labeled incorrectly but who knows what I will get next time? If I could get another pair that fit exactly the same I would order today!
