Hey Ladies - I do like Susan Graver but I noticed the prices are getting higher and higher. Have you found any good dups for the liquid knit fabric that lasts, does not shrink, stays vibrant and looks great.
I know some will say polyester is polyester but that is really not true.
I did find a dup at macy's.
The entire line is not polyester but I did find two items that I am "testing".
Macy's has free shipping at 45.00 or 75.00 depending on the current promotion.
I purchased two tops recently that were "similar".
Brand One - INC International Concepts, Ruffled Sleeve Blouse
Brand Two - Alfani Plus Size Tulip Sleeve Swing Top
I am aware that Walmart sells "left over" susan graver but I did not see anything "I" wanted.

I have had good luck with J.C. Penney’s Liz Claiborne line of clothing. I was disappointed when QVC no longer carried that brand. I always looked forward to Mary Beth’s presentations. This week, I bought tops, similar to S.Graver’s, on sale for $22 at Penney’s. I also like Belk’s “New Direction” brand. There always seems to be a nice discount on many things at Belk’s, and the quality of the clothing is very good. Prices have really skyrocketed recently on QVC, and it was time I explored other options.

Some people just haven't moved past the polyester of the late 70's; they see "polyester" and that is where their minds go. Today's polyester comes in many fabrications and blends and it's pretty much everywhere at all price points. I like they two Macy's brands you mentioned. When I did shop Macy's for my work clothes, those were my go-to brands.

I have many of Bob Mackie' s tops made of a similar fabric. They seems to have held the line on pricing of his offerings. Keep in mind that most clothing is made in China and is covered by tariffs now in effect. It's like adding a 10-15% tax to clothing purchases. Of course it's going to effect pricing.

@Happiness Is Inside JOB INC. for Macy's is not as nice as it used to be. There are still some decent quality items available, and the styles are always good, but beware of the quality. The last few items I purchased turned out to be more inferior than I find acceptable. Since those incidents (which occurred a couple of years ago now), I have always second guessed before buying an INC item regardless of how much I like it or the price. Alfani items are ok. In fact I really like the Alfani and Charter Club (another Macy's house brand) basic cardigans which they usually feature in seasonal colors and prints. I buy them on sale, so whether or not I still have the cardigan five years from now is not a concern. I'm only looking for one or two seasons wear because the objective is to have fresh prints for each season.

@Happiness Is Inside JOB ... have purchased and worn both brands from Macy's that you mentioned....just beware the INC brand runs small, at least that is my experience.
