You indicate that you really like the super stretch... do you find that it stretches a LOT in the hips and waist? I'm just trying to decide if I should size down. I'm on the low end of the hip measurement for a medium, but my waist is on the high end. If you're regularly a 16 and have ordered a large, I just wondered if you think a medium would be the right size if I'm usually a 10 or 12? Any thoughts would help!

Superstretch feels luxurious...but it is the WORST when it comes to stretching and bagging.

I usually wear medium in D&C and bought size 10s in the last TSV skinnies. They fit fine - for about 10 minutes. By the end of the day, they were hanging off my hips - almost fell down!

Once again, I was fooled by her great salesmanship into thinking these were be different from her other jeans.

If you are usually a 10-12, I would order the small...the mediums will stretch out and get too baggy.

My main problem is always my waist... it's at the top end of the extended (stretched out) waist measurement in the medium - so I'm afraid the small would be too tight in the waist. Do they get stretched out even more than the six inches they say for the waist? That's my major hang-up.

Other than the HOW SMOOTH jeans, I can't wear any Denim & Co pants that have a regular waist, and their elastic waist pants don't look good on me. I have jeans I bought from Diane three years ago before she even thought of super stretch, and one pair I can take off without even unbuttoning or unzipping them after I've had them on for a few hours.

I'm taking a chance on ordering four colors, because they may not be here in my size later. I would hate to order both the small and medium and then have to send back 8 pair - but it wouldn't be the first time with her. {#emotions_dlg.glare}

I love the SS skinny that I ordered from her last TS. They remind me of Levi's So Slimming jeans. They most definitely run big, but they are comfortable and warm in this cold weather.

I was tempted to try a pair of jeggings, but that FLARE looks like bell bottoms to me. The skinny jeans are not really skinny they are straight leg, so I would be worried about the flare of these bootcut jeans.

I ordered her SS in skinny w/ ankle zipper. They don't ship out until March 8th, but they look nice.

Every time I order her jeans they get sent back. I wish her jeans fit me. I am 5'10" but her waist is always above my waist "weird fit". I do not like low riders but do not want a waist above my belly button. I called CS because wanted to know the rise on the jean. He said they didn't give that info. So, up in the air ...thinking of cancelling. I have how smooth in DC but they never came back in my size. I think SPRING is coming so it will be cropped for me.

I ordered Superstretch once. Jeans fit great when I first put them on. Over the course of the day they stretched more and more. I was constantly having to pull them up. By the time I got home, I could pull them off without even undoing the button and zipper. Never again for me.

Knitgirl...I would go with the Sz M . I am similar measurements and have these in the skinny leg version. I am normally a Sz L in B&M stores ... In DG2 I am a M in her jeans. The last TS were an exception as they were extra large, and ran 2 sizes large. I hope this helps. This style is my fav, as they do not stretch out, get baggy and are very comfy.

KittymomNC, I know it's a pain to return, but I think you did the right thing considering DG2's sizing issues. That's what I love about these - the waist. It's much more comfortable and flattering than an elastic waist or a button jean. And while this material does grow some as you wear it, it's not bad IMO. The chambray is the softest, as usual.

After wearing this super stretch, when I put on her regular jeans the material feels scratchy. I just love these, enough that I'm willing to deal with the sizing issues (I also ordered 2 sizes).

I've been reading the reviews on a lot of her super stretch items, and they scare me! She keeps saying there are "over 4,000 five-star reviews on just the super stretch fabric", but if there are, I can't find them. I'm having a hard time adding up 4,000 five-star reviews in total, but how does she weed out those on "just the fabric"? I've been going back and forth with myself all day about just canceling my order - but I'm going to at least try the medium. I had so much trouble in the past with such inconsistent sizing and defects in her jeans, it was just awful. The last thing I bought from her was a pair of regular boot cut jeans in a beautiful sage green that were on clearance for $19.95, a year ago. I had a "convenience credit" of $20 for having so much trouble with something else I bought,so I got the jeans free!

If only Denim & Co had not "improved" their How Smooth boot cut jeans they brought out almost two years ago. They were perfect... I get tired of listening to Diane about how this comfort waist is so "new", and copied from a $294 pair of jeans, etc. Denim & Co had this idea two years ago and still have them in the straight leg. They just should not have royally messed up a real winner - if they had brought those back exactly as they were, in a lot more colors, I would have dumped almost every jean I own and replaced them with the How Smooth! {#emotions_dlg.unsure}

I hope you like them! At least HSN processes returns and refunds quickly if they don't work out. With Q's new S&H policy, I'm not willing to go through figuring out my size in any of the new Denim &Co. jeans. DG2 is a known quantity for me, even with all of the problems.

Hope everyone who orders loves their jeggings!

I forgot to add... Disregard what DG says about her sizing. She adds to the confusion ""saying"" she has a 33"" waist and wears an XS. Something is not right ...I think she is smaller then she states on air. It actually looks like she lost weight and she is saying she gained 5 lbs? I would size down one size from your regular B&M sizing.
