Customer Service says "System Problem"

I have tried 2 times to place an order for Rachel Zoe scarf. Each time it appears to go through and gives me an Order Number. When I click to look at receipt, order number does not show up. I checked Order Status and order is not there. Even entered search using order number, but not there. Customer Service says they are having system problems (no kidding). She says she has been told that the orders are there, but just don't show up. They are suppose to have particular problem fixed by tomorrow. Since I tried to order twice I will need to call in the morning to cancel one of them. Not advisable to place an order till morning. It could be that the Linea orders that disappeared are really there SOMEWHERE. Isn't this a fine "how do you do"?
