I need assistance to cancel an order placed last night.
When I tried to cancel the order, the notation indicated it can not be chanaged.
This item does not ship until 8/16/21 - 9 days out.
Please cancel order #****.
I appreciate your help with this situation.

@Denise in PA Since you didn't post in the Customer Care forum, it many not be seen. Email the mods at QVCSocialTeam@QVC.com. Don't get your hopes up as they often can't be canceled.

I am very sorry for any confusion - 8/16 is your estimated delivery date, not the actual ship dates.
Unfortunately the order is too far into processing so I am unable to cancel it for you. Should you wish to return it, please mark pack slip return reason "Received wrong item" to ensure return label fee is waived.
