After waiting weeks for a pair of NYDJ jeans they send me a pair of NYDJ shorts in a plus size, I ordered a 2 in the jeans.. Tried to get through to CS and was literally holding for an hour, called back the next day, another half hour and I still haven't been able to get through. This is after weeks waiting for various items that still haven't shown up. Maybe QVC if you put as much effort into your CS as you do in your 'getting earlier every year' exploitation of Christmas, you wouldn't have so many dissatisfied customers.

@Secretariat1 I will second the idea that you contact them as follows:

QVCSocialTeam@qvc.com

They are responsive and this is the best way to reach those who can help you.

Also, the Customer Care forum would work better for these types of problems.

This message is in the Fashion thread and nobody from QVC will read it.

Do you have a Q card?  QVC offers a priority phone number now for Q card holders.

If not, definitely email the social team and they respond quickly.

P.S.  I am really enjoying Christmas in July.  It is a nice break from quarantine and ongoing mask and sanitation products!

Re: Customer Service Appalling!

@Secretariat1   My question is what ever happened to emailing Customer Service?  I no longer see that service.  At least you would receive an answer.  @Secretariat1   Take your post and copy into  the "Customer Care" category in this forum.  The mods always answer quickly and will help you resolve this issue.

They're not so fast today or this post would have

been moved to the Q talk or customer care thread.

@Judaline The OP is perfectly able to move her own post, doesn't need a Mod to do it.

@Love my grandkids  I didn't know you could do this. How do you move your thread?

I know. My point was to show that they DIDN't move it,

meaning they aren't so fast.
