Most of my returns of any on line clothing is returned for one main reason and that is sizing. The second is usually that I just did not like it when I got it in person.

I ordered 4 posh cardigans. Since I am between s and m I ordered med as suggested. Just for good measure I ordered one s to compare. Sure enough the small was real small overall. 3 of the 4 mediums were just right but one was hugh. Hugh as in sleeve length below finger tips--just hugh-- had to be mis-marked. I know that in a mass produced world these thing will just happen.

The fabric is beautiful. I just hate it when the seller (Louis) is penalized for returns when it is not for design, or quality. I guess when I return it I will ask for another M and see if it is better--but as with most of LDO items there is little or no reserve stock.

Another poster said she ordered 2 sizes of the sequin items to make sure she got the items. i do the same thing- sorry Louis that it may look like you have lots of returns. Sizing and fit (relaxed/close to body) information is so important for on line clothing purchases of any line.
