Comment about the TSV

Why would anyone choose to purchase a pair of long shorts and a peddle pusher (just a few inches longer) in the exact same color? Why wouldn't they have mixed colors...Seems odd. The TSV hasn't been flattering on anyone- I have been saving so much money over the past year since the fashions, overall, have gone down hill!
