First I do not use the Q return label as its coded to one item not multiple returns unless its on the same order. I mail from the USPS and use their tracking #'s. Items arrive faster than using the Q's label and company that brings it to them.

Multiple returns from multiple orders can be combined in one box but what I do is mark the outside of the box with the words: Multiple orders inside. I list the order numbers on the outside of the box as well as the item #.

This helps the warehouse when it comes to crediting me on my returns.

Well if they all came in one bag sure but I am sure those

items if you got them in a separate bag for each purchase

you'd have to return it the way it was delivered..

one at a time. I mean when you bought the items

they all didn't come in one bag did they?

I would think you would need to get credit for

each purchase.

I bind them all together so whoever opens the box can't miss anything. I also attach the packing slip to each item. Finally, I include a piece of paper in the package stating, "____ items enclosed."

So far, I haven't had a problem.

I combine all the time. I do not use their return label when I combine .

That's how I do it.

If I have a couple of returns going to the same address at QVC, I always return together and have for years. I am very careful about taping the return item notice individually to each item. I also ship USPS Priority which ends up cheaper than individual shipping even with QVC labels. I get an immediate tracking number, arrives at QVC within 2 business days, and I get my refund faster. I am very careful about packing my returns usually in a well taped and labeled box. So far this has worked for me. But to each his own.

I absolutely return multiple items in the same bag and have been doing so since I called CS at QVC and was told that I could return multiple items in the same bag. I have been doing this for about 10 years now and have never had a problem doing so. I always make copies of the return label(s) as well as the return receipt(s) just in case a return is questioned. Different CS will give you different advice when it comes to returns.

Years ago I returned 2 items together and was credited with only 1. I called CS and was told as a courtesy for a good customer they'd credit me with the item but do not return multiple items together. (unless they came in the same package)

Fast forward a few years, I'd either forgotten about the multiple items declaration or just didn't care. I returned 2 items and received credit for 1. I called CS and reported what happened. The CS rep told it was noted on my account that once before this had happened and I was told NOT to return multiple items in the same packages.

I felt like a naughty child and cut way back on my QVC shopping. I've never tried to return multiple items again.

I do it that way every time I have multiple items. Never had a problem and it's much less expensive when I pay the shipping. Much less.

In the past, I've combined different orders using the q label. Haven't done it with the new return policy.
