1jac - this is not a match but it is tonal. The "nectar" color in Louis' feather jersey pieces is interesting tonally with the "tangerine" jacket. This color is NOT "nectarine" - but "nectar". I'll definitely be playing with that together as it warms up and with probably white pencil skirt or white pants.

Oops, edited to add - do NOT go by the QVC pictures of the color! Go to Louis' blog site and do a search for "feather jersey nectar" and you'll get a much better sense of the shade.

Owl - Thanks. I went to Louis's website and saw the nectar. Definitely a tonal possibility and available in my size! I also noticed a255952 the top in nectarine (shown on the same page as nectar). Do you own that one? Do you think that might work?

Hmmmm. Not being able to second guess what top you mean here....A255952 is a Susan Graver surplice top which does not come in nectarine......

1jac I don't own that particular top but I don't like the look of the color in the photo with the tangerine ottoman cardigan. I wouldn't buy it to go together either tonally or as a match.

I do have Louis' whisper knit mock neck and whisper knit v-neck sleeveless tops in ""nectarine"" and they are not a match and I'm not crazy about them tonally so I won't be wearing them with the ottoman/milano sweater jacket.

Owl - Thanks for your comments and suggestions. I love the tangerine Milano and its a challenge to find the right garment. But whatever, I know it will look beautiful. There's always the safe choices such as white or black. Maybe in future seasons Louis might design other pieces to coordinate.

I just received the Tangerine Milano stitch cardigan and the oranges are not an exact match to the tile print orange but it can work as its in the same tonal family.
