These cold shoulder tops are already in the heap coming to our church thrift store. No I won't buy, just surprised QVC would promote a style that is so awful and so dated.

I personally won't wear them but some of my friends do and they look nice on them.  Of course I see some ladies that really shouldn't....but that's right--to each their own.

They have been around for well over 20 years , but just this year the powers that be have been pushing them as a new trend.

I don't think anyone is claiming they're a new trend, but they're certainly experiencing a resurgence of popularity this season.

They aren't new ....just re-cycled. Personally, I would not be caught dead in that Susan Graver get-up. High water pants with a cold shoulder top...makes me shudder. Emphasis on personal...I am sure someone else may look terrific in it.
