Coat sizing

Any help would be appreciated! I have read so many reviews, but still can't decide on what size to order. I know, I know I am way out of season for a coat, got an easy pay I could use on it though! Smiley Wink

I am looking at A33785. I measure 37" around the bust. I don't want it too lose, but I want room to move in it and wear a regular type sweater under. Going by the Q size chart it would look like I need a small, but so many say to size down. Anyone here about my measurment and can tell me what they bought? Thank you!
