Clarks TSV Sandal Reviews?

I got a pair of the white choice. Thought these would be great for my upcoming active summer after having knee surgery a couple of months ago. The right sandal was comfortable, but the Left Sandal Footbed was not flat inside the sandal. Looked like it has a big bubble in the middle of the footbed. Both sandals Gold Buckles were scratched up. Q Customer service rep was kind to me. She seemed sincere. She appoligized for my incovenience, and is helping me take care of the situation. I opted for a replacement pair to be sent out to me, since it is a sandal that could work for me this summer. I'm just curious is anyone else has had any issues with this TSV purchase? I'll check back this evening. Thank you.
