No I've not seen anyone wearing dusters. Not for me.

@chiclet

Saw Shivan Sarna (HSN) wearing one over the weekend. It looked nice on her... I'm thinking that it won't be a style for me unless over a bathing suit.

I bought a sheer silk (scenic print) one from Soft Surroudings last year.   Just adds a bit of "interest" to an otherwise simple outfit.

"Need?"   No one buys a chiffon duster because she "needs" it.  Actually, we don't need 90% of what we buy.  Some people love fashion, some don't.  Some have lifestyles in which they see a lot of fashionably dressed women, some don't.  I shop and window shop online a lot and I am seeing chiffon dusters everywhere, long ones and 3/4 ones.  I'm sure I will see them when it gets hot and women start wearing their lovely summer goodies.  But dusters, even sheer floaty ones don't appeal to me.  That's not me but I do like the look on other women.
