Princess Catherine spent her gap year studying there and shared a house with three other friends.  Plus it was reported she was getting over her first love whom of course she met before her future husband and King.  She is always lovely and genuine.

I like this color on her, but the suit is pedestrian, too big and not in the least interesting. Does her stylist know Kate is still a young woman? Give her a printed blouse or a scarf to break up the color. Tailor the suit differently. Wear some chunky bold jewelry. Do something different.

She always looks lovely, but her style is boring, imo.

I think the suit is perfect.  It is a pretty blue but is all business, not distracting, just about why she is there.  Perfect for a business meeting.

I love the blazer and skirt outfit. Proportions are perfect. Just understated class, taste and elegance. Those things define her style. Oh and I looked up that gorgeous pale blue leather bag. $3500.  No wonder i like it so much. 😄

She plays it safe because she wants to look timeless.  She knows that she is constantly being photographed.  She probably doesn't want people to see her pictures thirty years from now and say what was she thinking wearing that outfit.
