Carpool Creations

Have any of you ever hear of Carpool Creations (I think)? I know the Carpool is right.

Several years ago I had two coats alike but different colors and I lived in them. I bought them at a small boutique and would like to find some of them again. They were totally unique and personality driven and I simply adored them. Any help here?
