Cannot pull up sizing

Anyone else have any trouble getting the item's sizing.  Every time I click on it I only get a blank page.

Can anyone tell me how to fix this.

@sally in philly    Try using a different browser at least temporarily and this may fix your problem.

LOL everybody's problem Whole thread devoted to it. If you got Google Chrome, no  problems, but, Apple folks it's some things you can   see some you can't.

 

Either have  to use Google Chrome or if you got a Windows machine go look it   up  on a Windows machine using Google.

 

download Google for your browser if you want to.

 

Just part of  QVC's quirks

Somehow I discovered that if you use the arrows to go back from the blank screen to the original post of the item, and then use the forward arrow to go back to the screen that was blank, the garment measurements screen will be there! I use my ipad and the website, not the app, and the problem seeing garment measurements started a little while ago.
