Can someone explain Mr. Rebates

I don't understand how this works, do we still pay for our things the usual way? Or do we pay Mr. Rebates? I signed up for this today but don't see where it says anything about payment to them or, in this case, still to QVC? Maybe I am not seeing something on the Mr. Rebates website? TIA
