Today's Q2 Big Deal is a perfect example.

 

It's a pair of Flexibelle jeggings in regular or petite.  On air they are presented as one but they are really 2 different item numbers.

They can correct this with a programming revision.  Deceptive.  A different size is a different size, period.  We shouldn't be expected to know what has multiple numbers and what doesn't.  And some of us use the automated phone system a lot.  I don't get up while watching TV after dinner and turn on the computer.
