Nope, not liking it at all.

 

The gown itself looks beautiful, especially with the sparkles on the bottom. They should've stopped right there.

 

The bow and the heart add nothing except a clownish vibe to an otherwise beautiful gown.

It would be stunning without the bow and heart for now it looks like a hodge podge of things thrown together to attend a ball.

It would look soooo much better without the heart and bow.  Even then, I don't absolutely love it though.
