Blouse Return

I had to return a blouse today but I had removed the tags when I first got it and I can't find them. I really had intentions of keeping it but after trying it on again, I'm not crazy about it. Has anyone returned a piece of clothing without the tags and had any problems with them accepting it? Also, do they start the 30 day return from the ship date or order date? TIA. Reva
