I order Attitudes by Rene Como Jersey dress for my dear girlfriend 60th Big birthday, the gift was sent to ME! and along with that there it was a note stating: "QVC' Returned policy does not apply to this item. QVC only accept defective or QVC error returns. CAll Customer Service at 888-345-5788 for shuch returns. The returns/exchange information included does not apply to this item."

 

This is NOT my first time purchasing a gift from QVC and send it to the person I want to give the "Gift", I read everything about when it comes to gifts, so I want to make sure that they do not get a BILL, I HAVE NEVER ORDER A GIFT WITH THE INCORRECT ADDRESS OF THE RECIPIENT , during the time I was making the order, at any TIME I READ ANY DISCLAIMER AS STATED UPABOVE otherwise, I would make other arrangements.

 

Funny things are happened with QVC lately, wondering if this is to "Be aware things are changing and its more about selling that  customer service SATISFACTION?

Was it on blowout clearance? That is the only category that cannot be returned. 

 

I am assuming you double checked the shipping before you placed the order since your address would be the default.

@Nusta  QVC can ONLY go by the address put under ship to.  If you still had billing same as shipping checked then it WILL be shipped to you.  Because your address is the billing address.  We all make mistakes but all companies do not randomly pick shipping addresses.  It's an algorithm not QVC out to ruin your friend's birthday.  It goes by what is checked and what is in certain boxes.  You and they can easily go to your account bring up the order and see what you entered.

     Also @spumoni99 @is correct clearance items have that message no new item will come with that message.  I get you're upset but again we all make mistakes.  I've done it.  Forgetting I clicked shipping same as billing.   Again QVC does not randomly enter an address in.  It's an algorithm.  It pulls information from the boxes you check and information you fill in.  You can insist I'm wrong and that you never ever make mistakes but unfortunately the billing doesn't randomly generate entries.

@Nusta   This situation sounds terrible. Are they providing assistance in this matter?  Most important - did your friend get her gift?

when you sent this dress directly toyour friend- did she send it back late  past the 30 days to exchange or return ? if so, the item would be returned to you
