Bought a comforter set last month. Washed it for the first time using "delicate" instructions on the label and it bled. Has this happened to anyone else? I don't have the box to send it back and hate to deal with shipping this big bulky item but QVC has agreed to refund if I send back within 10 days. Question is if I take another is it going to happen again? Anyone know of a way to contact Susan Gravers customer service directly?
