First of all.  I do love my Barefoot Dreams clothes that I have purchased.  My question...I don't hand them.  I fold them.  I have an issue with creases from folding them.  Does anyone have an idea how not to get the creases so I don't have to use a steamer every time I want to wear one of the pieces (to get out the creases)??

I try to fold them carefully...but they still get fold marks.  I live in Phoenix so I'm not wearing them a lot.  thanks...

I don't have Barefoot Dreams sweaters but I have merino wool and cashmere sweaters which I roll instead of folding. no wrinkles or creases.

Maybe put tissue paper between the folds like fancy stores do.

I fold them, and then hang them over the hanger bar like you would a pair of pants. These are the hangers that QVC sells that hang in a waterfall. So the sweaters don't take up a lot of space.

If anything is ever too wrinkled, I toss it in the dryer for five minutes while I'm getting dressed.

@ruthbe If my folded knits have a bit of wrinkles, I just lay them out on a chair the night before I plan to wear them or on the bed if I'm wearing it in the evening. Takes a bit of planning but does the trick.

Do a search for padded hangers. They really work, to prevent stretching out and creases. I've had mine for years so wouldn't know now where to tell you. You might even be able to make them with quilting fabric.

@ruthbe Depending on which BD fabric and the sizing, I either hang or fold.  For either one if something is wrinkled, I use my blowdryer after I put it on to soften any wrinkles.
