I've been wanting to order the Barefoot Dreams Cozy Chic robe for a while now.  I hesitated because I thought it might be huge.  I am 5'5" and weigh 125 lbs. and would be a size 1.  I'm usually an XS or a S in B&M stores.  I was reading a few of the reviews just now, and several people said it was huge.

Is there another brand that makes robes styled like this out of fabric like this that is sized XS - XL or up instead of the way Barefoot Dreams is sized?  I have a robe from Pottery Barn that was a size XS/S, and it's so huge I pretty much never wear it.

Dillards offers one; their Spa Robe. It's online. Very nice.

I LOVE Barefoot Dreams but I only like their rayon/nylon blend not their 100% microfleece stuff. The robe is the later so it was a turn off to me. The Spa Robe at Dillards is plushy pure cotton.

Oh, pleeez, LLBean or Lands End? They will never have anything that compares to the fabric of Barefoot Dreams. Yes, my experience is BD does run large in size. Might go to a Nordstrom, try on a BD there to see what size would fit you. But, really, comparing BD to anything at LLBean or Lands End is apple & oranges. Good luck.

Again, apples & oranges. Barefoot Dreams fabric will never be like anything at Dillards. BD is hi end for one thing, etc., etc., etc.

Thank you @SahmIam.  I can only find two robes at Dillars called spa robe, and both are short.  One is a waffle knit, and the other is a tassled stripe turkish towel.  Are you thinking of the waffle knit?  It only has 3/4 length sleeves and is short.  It doesn't look plushy.  I have a feeling you mean something else, and it's not online.  I may go to Dillard's and try on the Barefoot Dreams robe and see what else they have.

@NickNack  I saw the robe via a YouTuber LisaLisaD1. She was discussing the Barefoot Dreams Robe and another plush robe and modeled the one she purchased at Dillards; she also included the link and that was were I found it. It's not short; it's mid calf. I've gone through a few of her videos and I can't find the one featuring it! It was recent, so if you want to sit and go through a bunch of them, lol... a rainy day nothing else to do project. They may be sold out but she said it was a Dillard item and they always carry them (unless sold out).

I hope you find one someone!! I want one too. : )

I have a Barefoot Dreams cardigan that I adore.  I wear a large and it's true to size.  It isn't huge at all.  I've never felt anything so soft and comforting.  I splurged on my cardigan and I don't regret it.  I think you should go for the BD and enjoy it.

Thanks for looking for it @SahmIam.  I'll just go to Dillard's and look for it.  I can try both it and the Barefoot Dreams robe on at the same time.

I have Barefoot Dreams robe (I think from von Maur) and I have Natori from Dillard's.  They are about same price but I think I like Natori better.   They have the same feel, but the Natori did not pill.  But Don't Buy the Natori at the big box place that provides prime service.  Not the same thing.  Natori sizing runs small at Dillard's.  She is a very tiny person so she makes very tiny stuff.

Well, I am editing my post.  I just looked at Dillard's and their on line services do not show the higher end Natori.  I think what they are showing on line is equal to what the huge box place that ships in 2 days has and it is not the same.

Oh, yes and as far as no one else ever having the same as Barefoot Dreams.  I bought my first microfleece loungewear at Belk in this microfleece in 2006 and I am still wearing it.  GREAT QUALITY.  However, they no longer carry it and the name brand seems unknown on the internet.  I have searched high and low because it is by far the superior quality to any of the others.
