Nice blouse.  I don't mind ironing.   I also don't mind the balloon sleeve.

BUT ....  I wouldn't buy any top with a 3/4 sleeve.

'Hey', I have a similar one, with buttons at the front.  A bit of eyelet here and there.  Haven't worn it in years and years.  Very airy, lightweight.  Baloon sleeves.  I used to wear it underneath cardigans.  

I'll have to find it (if it's still here....long story about 'sticky fingers').

It is too matronly for my taste.  I don't like unstructured peices.  So I don't care for it at all.
