Was there a birthday card in with the tote bag? Maybe they sent you the tote by mistake and since you received on your birthday you just thought it was a present?

I've been a customer forever and only received a card.

My birthday is November, but I know I won't be receiving a tote bag. I spend oodles and have since 2003. It seems the Q picks and chooses who will and will not receive gifts, EP's and birthday cards. However, I'm happy to say HSN sends me $l0. on any one item and ShopHQ sends me l5% off an item. Someone cares....

My birthday is in a few days (the 4th), I've never received a birthday gift from Q!! But then again I've never had their credit card either.

I received the bag as a birthday gift in September. I was pleasantly surprised. I use a Q Card but don't buy extensively. Maybe an incentive to buy more? Whatever the reason, it was a nice gesture and appreciated.

Sure would be nice to receive a coupon for dollars off in your birthday month.

. I've never used the Easy Pay I'd get in the mail and I did receive a card last month for an easy pay.

It wasn't a mistake. There's at least one other thread about this. Some people have received postcards letting them know that they'll receive the tote as a gift if they spend a certain amount during their birthday month.

Some spent the amount and didn't get the tote. Others never got the postcard and received the tote.

It all seems kind of disorganized to me. Lots of loyal customers for years receive nothing. (I only received a card, too. And just once in many, many years.)

I received a card in August, from QVC, telling me that if I placed an order in August on my Qcard, I would be sent a tote bag in the month of my birthday, which is September. They did send me the tote bag, which I received in October.
