I just received a free large nylon, zip top, double leather handle tote bag from the Q for my birthday.

I was completely surprised! I have been a Q customer for about 12 years and have never before received anything for my birthday.

Has anyone else ever received a surprise gift from QVC ?

I recently chatted online w/ a c.s.rep regarding my B.D. card. I'd misplaced the card and asked if there was an easy pay offer as a gift. Rep told me Q doesn't do that anymore.. no easy pay, no gift!

I'm glad you made out better than i did! I've been a QMember and robust shopper since CVN! Oh well, Happy Birthday & have a wonderful year ahead! The bag sounds nice!

I received a postcard for a tote if I use my Q-card between Nov.1-30. Is yours turquoise blue w/QVC embossed on the top? Does it look as if it will last more than one season? Thanks!

You have to be using their Q credit card to receive this item. As the other gal said she received a post card!!

I haven't ordered from QVC in awhile, so of course I haven't received anything recently, which is completely understandable.

However, I was a very loyal customer for many, many years and ordered all the time. Not once did I receive anything. Ever. Except for a birthday card with printed signatures of all the hosts about 10 years ago. In all the years before & since, that was all I ever received. No gifts, no discounts, no E-Z Pay offers, nothing at all. (And I did use my Q card.)

So some get, and some don't. Not a great way to do business, IMO.

Reply to mercyMe - yes - it is the turquoise with the Q emblem. It seems sturdy - and it is lined. I will probably use it for a travel tote.

Nope never. Congrats to you because I've been a pretty good and prolific customer for a number of years and never received a free anything from this bunch... Heck, I consider myself lucky on those all too rare occasions when they send me the EP offer.
