Leah is at her heaviest.  And that top was not doing her favors.  But she had to wear it.  I can't knock BD.  I love their lline and it's flattering for me to wear it.  It gets knocked arouond because it's not Walmart pricing. If I see something I like, I get it. It looked plenty good on BD host.

The hosts and vendors are doing their job when they get you to believe you are buying some high-end luxury brand.

We see it with the food items too. They try to convince you that buying the same items we have all been buying in stores for years (hosts too) is somehow inferior. Chicken is in a diaper, so don’t buy blah blah blah. It’s fine. If you like the air chilled better, you can buy that too at a fraction of the price Bell and Evans. I buy both and both are good.

The nuts they sell are superior fresh and last a year with the seal. The nuts that are packaged at other retailers are also fresh. They are put in airtight packaging. They are just as fresh as the day they were packaged.

Agree with it or not, BD has been a luxury brand for years and years before coming to QVC.  Their original business was just baby blankets and then branched out due to popularity.   The original items from their own website were definitely higher quality than what is sold here.  I bought a baby blanket for my nephew when he was born and it is still spectacular even though he's much older now.  His mom has it on her bed.

It’s a low-end luxury item, or affordable luxury.  True luxury brands most people can’t afford. Not even QVC shoppers. QVC can't spin those.

Not even QVC shoppers?  😹.  We're not discussing Hermes here.  No one is asking for QVC to "spin" anything.

Who asked QVC to spin anything?? It seems I offended you with my comment

They do spin everything. Including convincing the QVC shopper they are getting a luxury item.

Why did you comment on her weight? It has nothing to do with this thread.

it had everything to do with her weight.  She looked like a round ball. Your weight reflects how you look in clothing.

@manny2 People who body shame are always dealing with self esteem issues of their own. Terrified themselves of gaining weight, almost like it is catching.🙄

You might be right @Trinity11 , or they just lack social decorum, or both.
