Was flipping through channels trying to find something to watch and the cutest duster was being shown.  And it came in petites!  I ordered the zinfandel and dark roast.  Something about it screamed at me to buy it.  Just hope it fits.  Planning way ahead for our late fall river cruise in Europe (that's my story and I am sticking with it)!

Is a duster a long cardigan?

Honestly, I always thought it was a bathrobe.

Recently, a fellow shopper pulled one off the rack,  turned to me, and asked the same question...      di

That's a cute duster @Seminole2 .  I like the color blocking.

Thanks for posting the pic @Desertdi .

A duster is a longer cardigan.  Living in Colorado for a while, during January when the Western show was in town dusters were worn all over town.  Apparently the longer coats that cowboys wore were called dusters.

Enjoy your new cardigan @Seminole2 . I saw this presented with Renee's rep Ashley modeling it. She wore a white button down shirt underneath with the collar "popped" and it looked fabulous. It will be both stylish and practical for your European cruise.

Spoiler

So my duster/cardigan arrived today in dark roast in my usual PM.  I dialed it back and held off of the zinfandel just in case it didn't work out and not wanting to pay the now $8.95 return fee.

The sleeves are a little long but that will be fine.  The length is perfect.  I wrote a review but they take forever to show up.  I love the look of the scarf and fringe.  The co!or block is subtle.  The dark roast is nice and neutral.   The weight is substantial.  The quality appears to be well made.  Definitely worth the clearance price!

The funny weird thing is when I put it on it reminded me of like a Argentinean Gaucho person ....not sure why.  I modeled for my husband and he wanted to know if I was going to South America to round up horses.  So it must give off that flair.  I will say, I love it and glad I splurged.  Hope we have a few more cold snaps here in Florida so I can wear it this year.

Not sure why the spoiler and cannot delete it

Came back today and ordered the zinfandel ....with free shipping and still at clearance price, I couldn't resist.  I am done buying clothes now for quite a while.  Still waiting on the. D&C TSV to arrive.  I have a feeling I will not be keeping.
