I've ordered a few as is items most were good except I got a mis-sized pair of Isaac mocs. I was able to return them no problem. I would order as is again

As is states that it means it was used as a sample by the vendor or was worn by the models so go ahead and take a chance on it. I've bought 'as is' items and they have all been without flaws. One Diamonique multi stone tennis bracelet was missing a marquis stone and I had my local jeweler put another CZ in it and its perfect now.

They are also customer returns. That is why every TS ends up as-is (except food and cosmetics) and many in all sizes and colors.

Let's face it over weight is over weight no matter you are 5ft or 5ft 10., so why not show the short model!

I recently bought a pair of Isaac Mizrahi crop pants and the seam right above the side slit was open around 3 inches. The pants fit great and so I'm having them fixed. I do think these were a customer return but I try to not think too much about it.

I'm curious. I always thought when you returned clothing that they just automatically repackage and resell it. Is that not true? The reason I say this is because I ordered a swimsuit that I already had in a second color. The second one was on wait list. When it finally arrived, it was packaged and sealed in a plastic bag but not the same bag that my first one came in. The first one I ordered, which was brand new, had tissue paper between the top and the bottom and was folded nicely in a clear plastic bag. The one that arrived on "wait list" did not have tissue paper and was rolled up in a much smaller plastic bag. It kind of turned my off and made me wonder if someone had it and worn it then returned it. What do you know about "wait list" items?

I order as is often. Haven't had any issues with clothing. I look it over, try it on and in the washer it goes. I wouldn't hesitate.

Not sure about returns. I really don't think returns go to as is. I really believe they are repackaged and sent as full price items. That's just my opinion though.

I'm so ticked off right now. I ordered "as is" Valerie spheres in Cobalt. Yeah, too good to be true I thought. Well they arrived today and they ARE NOT COBALT! They're lavender or freaking periwinkle. I'm so dissapointed. Keep it up QVC. You're quickly loosing me as a customer. I Know we're not perfect and make mistakes but now I can't get a replacement.. A*****holes.

I have ordered about ten "as is" items. I have had no problems at all with clothing. I did receive a set of clearly damaged white "Christmas Owls" last year. That someone sent out one owl with a broken leg, one owl with almost no "fur/feathers," and the third owl who could not stand without being propped up still boggles my mind. Smiley Happy

Beejene....according to c/s they're not supposed to resell customer returns as brand new. It happens though; I've experienced it too. That would really be upsetting to receive a swimsuit and feel it was a return. I'm not good with keeping something like that.

After I found out about As Is I have been carefully ordering a few things. There was a jewelry miss but all the rest are hits. I have never received anything that did not look like it was brand new. Clothes seemed to have never been tried on and I have received things many times on wait list that WERE tried on. I last week I received a Lidia pan that I wanted and didn't know was still available on the Q. It was obviously brand new. No repacking at all. I really love it and went to the site and ordered the last remaining piece of Lidia cookware offered on the Q. I have her bake ware. Her stuff is superior to most other brands. As Is IS a great opportunity to grab really good things at a cheap price although shipping is expensive. I think most things are new stuff they have and want to get rid of. Try it!
