I wonder if Appleseeds clothing along with Drapers and Damons is going out of business.  

They discontinued their rewards program months ago and have been selling items for up to 85% off with no returns since June.  Also no new catalog is available.

It doesn't look very promising to me.

@piperbay.  I'm afraid we'll be losing many of our favorite retailers in the coming months.  They can't afford to absorb tariff costs and stay in business.

JC Penny selling 100 stores including both here in Albuquerque.   End of an era.

I ordered some tank tops from Blair back in June and just got them like 2 days ago!  This is totally not like them!  I jused to get items from them in just a few days.  It doesn't look good, does it?  Also, I used to get their catalogs constantly - in fact, too many of them.  I haven't received a catalog in ages.  I used to buy my nice winter snap front robes from them which I have been wearing for years.  

I tell ya, it makes me very sad and upset even, that many places I have shopped for pretty much my whole life are disappearing or have disappeared.  Pretty soon there will be hardly any place left to shop!  Especially places where the prices are reasonable.

I don't know where we will be able to shop???  Walmart?  Not much selection there.  At least not in ours.  And Target has clothing pretty much for the young people, not things for my age.

@piperbayThank you for posting this info yesterday.  I have ordered from Damons for years and years.  Went on line and spent the evening reviewing their items and placing quite a few in my cart.  Had an important appt this morning so planned to review and place an order this afternoon.  Lo and behold, they closed shop on all avenues of ordering.  Guess it was not meant to be. As of last night it seemed they still had quite a selection available. Wonder what will happen to all the remaining clothes. So very sad to see Damons, Appleseed and Blair no longer available to us.

Blair and Appleseeds have been having major sales for months.  I learned about Appleseeds on these forums and have ordered a lot from their websites the past few years. I'm waiting for both to completely shut down and will greatly miss them.  Don't know what I will do if Macy's goes under.  Wouldn't miss QVC but would HSN.

Thank you everyone for your comments and @Boehm Collector  I  just checked the same message you mentioned about Drapers and saw that on Appleseeds just now.

After all those years of getting so many catalogs and placing some orders, it leaves a sad feeling.
