Every year Berkshire has a TSV throw. They're pretty much the leaders on the Q for throws. I am on the fence about this year's particular throw. Back in 2017, I Purchased four of their TSV's, and they were so thick! They were like really thick blankets. Everyone loved them. After that, the quality seems to have gone a little downhill, and they are much, much thinner. I live in the Northeast, where the winters are very cold. And with heating costs rising, I would much rather have a thicker throw. That being said, I like the oversize of Berkshire as compared to Dennis Basso's smaller throws. I can't get into his sizing.

I love them and have way more than I need. I like to keep my house a little chilly so it's nice to cuddle up under one when I'm reading or watching TV. My problem is that I like to change out the colors every so often and don't know what to do with the old ones. Since they can't be bleached or laundered like regular blankets, I can't donate to the animal shelters. Originally, I thought it would be a perfect thing to donate to them, imagine how warm it would be for a puppy to snuggle up in!

You just wash them,no bleach please, shelters like them , animals love them.

Since they say no heat in washing or drying and only detergent, I was worried they wouldn't be able to get them clean enough. Thanks for your response, I'll be checking into that.

Throws can be found EVERYWHERE for less - Macy's, Marshall's, Ross, TJ Maxx. etc. for BETTER prices than on QVC.

SOME of the ones the Q has been offering are quite nice, but others are basically Costco items (or even Marshalls) at a higher price.

I have throws all over the house. The sofas, chairs, beds each have a throw from Basso, knit, etc.

They're definitely trying desperately to unload these items.

@Winkk   I think folks will use the throws to cuddle in instead paying higher heating bills.

I have to agree, and was going to say the same thing.

I was in HomeGoods and Marshalls the other day and there is a huge, varied selection of throws...all sizes, colors, styles...nice quality.

And also Macy's, especially this time of year, usually has great sales, and all kinds of beautiful throws. I still have one I use all the time I got about 5 years ago there, while Christmas shopping...Charter Club, came with a matching pillow. Not my biggest throw, but not too small either, it's still one of my favs. It's warm, soft, cozy, has held up beautifully, with several washings and comes out like new each time. With all the discounts that day the set came to about $15.99, from original price which was about $49.99. Granted we know they all "mark up to mark down" but this wasn't a cheapie thin throw, it was a nice quality and with a $15.99 price tag.

Kohl's also has great sales and nice throws.

Quality ones can be found many places at good prices, no need to overspend on one.

I certainly don't need another throw.

They are bulky and make your living areas look cluttered  if you have more than one and where do you store them?  They take up a lot of room.

I live in the northeast, where it's great for snuggling in the cooler temps and I like the decorating look of them.  But ....I have a lot of throws!  I have a problem with throws - like an addiction.  It's hard for me to resist them.  almost the same thing with throw pillows.  I just like the decorating variety - but I'm not buying any more!   Still I am  tempted today (that buying gremlin is whispering in my ear - hey maybe another red throw would be great for the holidays). I will be strong.
