That is a beautiful top.  I had a maternity top just like that except the sleeves were made of the same fabric, not the eyelet, but my mother-in-law who made it, had an eyelet ruffle left over from something else she had made and put it around the bottom,  It had the same neckline and the same tiny tucking down the front.  That was my favorite maternity piece ever and I wore it to death with all colors corduroy slacks.  My mother went to a department store where they had maternity slacks on sale and bought my 7 pairs of corduroy slacks for pregnant women.  I wore that top with every single pair. I love, love, love it.  I hope you can find out where Ali got it.
