They are my #1 pet peeve about clothing.  I hate when I see a cute top then notice the roll tab.  My experience with them is there's always one arm that stays in place and the other arm is a mess.

Like others have said, I enjoy the versatility of a roll-tab sleeve.  I actually buy roll-tab shirts on purpose.
