Advanced Orders

Ordered a few things almost 2 weeks ago. New items, but once ordered were all in "advanced order" mode. So I am wondering, if this is anything like waitlisted items, can these also be automatically cancelled if they stay in this mode too long? Has this every happened to anyone here? TIA

Anytime I can cancel an item it shows the option in My Account, Order Status.

I think QVC is at the mercy of the vendors and them (vendors) getting the promised supplies to QVC.
