Is it safe to buy As Is jeans? Are most As Is items in new or good condition. You can’t return them so I don’t want to be stuck with jeans I can’t wear.

Welcome the the Community @Tink49  As is merchandise bought on QVC is returnable.  As is   isn't the same as final sale.  I've only purchased a few jewelry pieces that were classified  AS IS  and they were great quality.

I actually purchase lots of Q’S “as is” items and always find them to be packaged with care and pristine! 

In fact, I went back and re-read more carefully the as is statement that accompanies my latest order.

I feel certain that the QVC return policy will be in effect for your jeans.

Thanks for the info. I did call and operator said it is only returnable for size, otherwise it is not returnable. I have a feeling he meant exchange the size. However y’all made up my mind to give it a shot. Thanks.

I have ordered jewelry and clothing “as is”. Everything I received was fine. I returned a necklace because I just didn’t like it in person, but there was nothing wrong with it.

Is this a new policy-I purchase a lot of as is items and have always thought I could return them?

I just purchased the item and it did say you could return any item so I don’t know why the operator said that. This was in writing on the purchase page. Well hopefully they will be in good condition. Thanks.

I’m not sure what you meant by “safe” to purchase. But I have purchased a few of them and have no problem. Just received my latest “as is” purchase came today.

  It is a pair of Alegria sandals. Not the original box or packing, but they do not appear to have been worn at all. No dirt on the sole, or on the inside of the shoes. Great reduced price and new shoes.

@Tink49  The first rep you talked to probably was talking about FREE exchanges when it comes to sizes.  At QVC they charge you to ship and if you use their return labal that comes with the item, you get charged for the return and they don't refund original shipping.
