@LTT1   Good to hear you're doing better. yes, water is key. I make a pitcher full each morning. Some mornings I slice in a lemon or strawberries and they add just enough taste to keep it from being boring. By bedtime, I can judge if I've had enough to drink. Keep up the good work.

If any cheesecake leftover, send it my way.  Smiley Happy

I live with a double-edged sword about water.  One doctor tells me not to drink it because it reduces my sodium (as I suffer from hyponatremia) and the GI doctor tells me to drink more and more because of my IBS.  I just can't satisfy my own body sometimes.

@Nonametoday   That is definitely confusing. I know I drink so much water, p*e a lot and my doc suggested potassium pillls...All fine with my labs. You may want to inquire.

@Shanus

Oh, I have been admitted 4 times for low sodium.  I take salt tablets and often go into get IV sodium.

Hi!
Yesterday I purchased these two in black:

and plan to wear them together for the holidays (or any time a set like this is needed).

At first I saw the model Mereditth in the green blouse and admired it. When it was presented with the pants it occurred to me that I purchased a similar outfit by Carole Little for Saint-Tropez West.

I wore it everywhere until I wore it out!

A702186 (pant)

I’m looking forward to receiving it and crossing my fingers that it fits properly and flatters too!

The state of the body lol can often be confusing! Especially when it needs two conflicting things at once!

My PCP  wants me to go back for retesting this coming week. He has ordered another CBC and BMP (Basal Metabolic Panel) so we shall see the truth...maybe?

I have been having little irritating things happen over the last two years such as a cough. When attempting to talk, I begin coughing! There is not a health problem indicated at all...it is inflammation. But now I’m thinking not getting enough water?

And I believe it's better.

My water filtration system that I LOVE is called "Life Straw". The water from it is so pure...LOVE!

Hi! Is everybody keeping cool?

I am guessing summer is looking half-way over for most?

At least summer is trying to hang around!

@LTT1

When the fireworks of the Fourth, the smell of BBQ gone, leaves start to lose that glistening green and most of the wonder and beauty of Summer has gone.  It's turning to Fall, and the smell of spring, the lingering of linen and the bikinis on the beach have lost their glamour, have lost their enamor.  Now, I have begun to watch the schedules of football, the homecoming parades, pumpkins and cinnaom to catch up with it all.  It begins to smell of cinnamon, the clinking of the glass of wine when the pumpkin harvest turns into the glistening gold and silver begins to look as it is Christmastime.

Thank you for this beautiful poem❤️

@LTT1 - pretty set.  I watched the presentation, beautiful set.  Wear it well.

Speaking of coughing, back in April my husband and I had the worst cough ever but it was strange no fever, body aches or anything but we were coughing like crazy.  Anyway we went to the doctor and he took our blood to test and all the test they normally do came back negative ( no covid, flu, rsv, and some other possibilities) but even the doctor was perplexed.  Gave us prescriptions for antibiotics and over counter cough syrup.  This went on for over a month,  the coughing took a while to finally subside.  I was so paranoid I didn't want to be around people coughing like that it was so bad.  The doctor concluded it was a another variant because it was contagious, my husband had it first then I caught it from him.

So when your loved ones happen to catch it, it's pretty certain it is something contagious... 🤭

I was given a referral to see an ENT because of my symptoms.

I believe he provided the answers because after following his instructions for three months my symptoms have steadily gotten better.

And then there's the "drinking enough water" consideration which has contributed to mine!

I have to believe that all things considered it was allergies + dryness. I would begin to speak and then start hacking.

Talk about embarrassing!
