@LTT1      Hope you had good luck navigating Uber for your food order.  Let's hope we don't get hit too hard with snow.  I worry more about the ice underneath.  It's been so cold and waaay too early for us in December.  Been feeling like Jan-Feb weather.  One GD to fly out this afternoon for CA for a long weekend event.  Concerned about her getting there and back with weather issues.

You stay inside, get stronger and be healthy for Christmas with your Grands!  Wish we could connect so I could help if you needed it...we are so very geograpically close.

Yeah we're supposed to get snow too but not a ton, 1-3", from tonight into tomorrow.

do you have an Amazon Fresh or Costco nearby? They'll deliver. Most  grocery store chains will too, and might cost less than uber or door dash.

@Thats Me     Very good point on the food delivery.  When I've priced Uber in the past for restaurant food delivery, I was immediately discouraged due to the cost.  We are lucky to have Sam's, Costco, Aldi, Walmart, and our local grocery store all close by and most will do delivery for a subscription plan or additional fee.

Navigating Uber...isn't that the truth!

It was very encouraging to see that they are very safety conscious now. An hour doing the paperwork. But I feel it's worth it.

More sophisticated verification forms. ‼️ 

The first (and only?) time I ever used them or door dash the whole process was "loosely-goosey" lol
