@SoX - I was checking out those ankle boots yesterday but couldn't decide on a color.  They look comfortable and I like the round toe bed.

The sun is coming out thank goodness.  We ordered a shed for the yard to replace the old rusted one, it should be delivered Monday.

Good Morning Style Sisters.  The only clothing/apparel shopping that I've done recently is to order these Muk Luk winter boots from JCP.

I saw the podiatrist a week ago Friday and had X-rays.  The fracture has healed and I have been released from his care as far as the injury/surgery is concerned.  Bone is looking good and the soft tissue damage will take months to heal.

That got me thinking about Michigan winters.  As it stands right now, my right foot size is not the same as the left foot and my right heel can't take anything touching the back of it.  I get around find in my easy spirit traveltime clogs and backless shoes.  I also can't slide the foot into a boot, for example like a garden boot, because any pressure againts the heel bone sends me up one wall and down the other.

I can't use any of the winter boots I currently own and I am hoping that these Muk Luk boots are easier to slip my foot into as winter approaches.  We'll see.

@SoX   I had adhesive capsulitis (frozen shoulder) in my left and right shoulders (10 year span between each shoulder).  I feel for you regarding your shoulder injury.

Not sure what's on the schedule for today. We had a good idea to maybe skip the yard sale and we took all the "stuff" we had gathered to sell to be donated the folks in flood area. I'm sure they can use all the kitchen ware, clothing, shoes, coats. Our vet is collecting all donations to get to the right place. We'll take another car full today. 

No, I didn't see the Northern Lights either. Does anyone have a phot to post?

What a wonderful and generous act for donating your things rather than have an estate or garage sale.  Having done this with my parent's and DH's parent's homes, you only get pennies on the dollar.

What you would make would long be forgotten, but what you are giving will forever be remembered by those who receive your gift.

Not shopping today.  I've been falling off the non shopping wagon again so I need to get back on.......

We have dinner out tonight and a concert (cover band of Bob Seger) locally, nothing fancy but fun for sure.    Looking forward to that and just doing some light domestic duties today.   Beautiful day on tap  in New England, high 60's. I'll spend a little time on the deck in between laundry loads, LOL.
